From start to finish, our experience was flawless – thanks in no small part to Caitlin White and Leiah, who were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They genuinely went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

The rooms are stunning, with luxurious beds, thoughtful amenities, and lovely finishing touches like homemade cookies. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from Alnwick Castle and the town centre.

Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and served in a peaceful, elegant space. We felt relaxed, welcomed, and thoroughly looked after throughout our stay.

This is hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to Caitlin white, Leiah, and the wonderful team at The Cookie Jar!
